A client recently reached out to us on Upwork to build an automated betting bot with BetFair API to increase their profits from betting on horse racing by using their custom triggers. BetFair is an application that enables its users to bet on international sporting events. As, we already have the experience working in the iGaming industry which helps us through out the journey
Project constraints
1.How we are matching the Triggers in real time
As the client ask us to monitor Horse races across United Kingdom and monitor the odds before 5 seconds of the race .We used Python for monitoring the odds and push notification to generate a Alert to Bet system while the Matching condition occurs
2. We need to deploy this on Multiple Machines ? How it will work with multiple Accounts ?
We ensure that Programs runs on VPS with multiple Betfair Accounts and provide a Client interface which interact with VPS to allow multiple users to bet from Multiple locations
3.We need to Monitor Jockey data as well and Betfair API doesn’t provide information for Runner
As we analysed the issue then retrieved the Runner Selection ID and then retrieved the Runner name and used a third party website to retrieve the information based on Jockey to provide better analytics
